Xbox 360 won't read disc?

well if you knock over a 360 with a game in it the laser that reads the disk gets to close and more or less burns the disk making it unreadable just need to take better care of it washing the disk wont hurt it.. just dont clean it off with kleenex cause kleenex has small parts of gl in it that can scratch disk
