Why is it ok to speak of so called "Christian" bigotry and racism?

I don't really get it... but anyway I think everyone is racist at some level. I don't think it's possible in this day to see all people as completely individuals because of ethnic groups being attached to different races. We are all racists, until we are all just individuals and not part of separate ethnic cultures.
