What are your opinions on this news story: John Travolta sends rescue mission to Haiti?

This news story makes me wonder when or if we will ever hear that Moldus A. has gone out of his way to help someone. That would be much bigger than this story about John Travolta as everyone knows he does a lot for the people around him.
