Did anyone else think G Dragon and T.O.P's "High High" mv was a little racially biased?

If you want to blame anyone, spare TOP and G-Dragon. It's the directors fault. Personally, I don't see it as discriminating. It's all about music anyway and the mv did show black girls. You must understand that Asian's perspective of America is white. Generally speaking, most Asians perceive America to be the home of the blondes and blue-eyed citizens. Don't be upset just because of it. We have nothing against blacks but maybe, the video has some kind of story behind it that should explain why there were only two blacks shown in the vid.
