OMG!! just found out something about my prospective new horses home.what to do!?

My opinion ,Stay clear from a private party of that many horses ,, this would most likely mean they are ' HORSE DEALERS ' I'm not stating they all are ,, but from my perspective ,, and having so many years myself in the horse business and owning and selling ,, training and rescues; , Im in a situation right now with a private party in unity ville pa , @ 881 German rd ,off rt# 118 /42n ,, they have a lot of horses that are not being taken care of ,, maybe now or maybe not ,, but the SPCA of lycoming county must get pay offs; for they over look the PA LAW ,, on abused horses ,, that are on this property ,, anyhow , I loan'd; them 2 pony's ,, only under strict guide lines under an oral agreement'' under any situation I would be-able to take these pony's any time ,, now ones missing my 2yearold baby colt ,, DO NOT TRUST HORSE DEALERS !!! Now I have to go to court and fight for all of these horse 's, and my pony's ,, for they take on to much and cannot possibly take care of them for they are owing there township over $16,000 for violations ,, squatting on condemned property with a bunch of horses that they cannot take care of ,, any sensible person in there right mind can see this ,, for i have contacted a lot of protection for animals '' agency's ,, I 've gone public ,, the laws here state ,, that if you abuse or neglect an animal its a summery offense ,, I don't think that these people out there on that deplorable property have gotten any fines from what i hear from the neighbors and the SPCA "LARRY ,, the investigator ,, doesn't want to do his job ,, so I guess that mean's hes also breaking the '' PA LAW for animals ,,, I think his 38 years is about up ,,, WE NEED TO STICK 2GETHER ,, and that's why I'm telling the public my story ,,,,,sorry its so long ,, but something has to be done to stop the abuse ,,, I went to the middle burg, pa ,auction a few Saturdays ago and just let me tell ya ,, the horses that was being sold for a lot $$ the people who brought these horse in didn't look as if they had a pot to pee in for they had beautiful horses ,,,and getting top $$ uh ,, yeah so maybe stolen horse 's,, I'm keeping my eyes open ,,, and I'm asking a whole lots of questions ,, for they also are breaking the law by selling horse's that are lame ,, sick , injured, tumors etc,,it makes me sick that these people and the Amish included get away with this ,, ITS THE LAW ,, AND THEY ARE ALL BREAKING IT ,, I SMELL A PAY OFF HERE ,, ,,,,oh yeah I also have lots of pictures to back up my accusations ,,good luck with the horse hunting ,,,
