Immediate vs. permanent?

I have immediate and they go in right after the teeth are pulled. You keep teeth clenched for 2 hours after and wear for 24 hours then go back to dentist who removes, cleans and adjusts fit. After that you wear them day and night( except for cleaning) for a week. then go to leaving them out at night. After all the swelling is gone and the gums have shrunk all they are going to, you get permanent ones made. The advantages of this are that you don't have to go around with no teeth while waiting to heal and when the permanent ones are made they will fit right for much longer.
