I'm told and have observed that the best people for the job are usually people that have experienced it. You are perfect for the job. How do u look in a little girls eyes and tell her its gonna be ok if you haven't had really hard trials and tribulations in your life. Everyone has problems to deal with but if yours are becoming a really big burden then go seek help. But that doesn't mean u r not fit for the job.
