WORKOUT QUESTION!! suggestions from experts please?

i have been a gym member for a year, but i was never dedicated myself untiI started to workout about 2 weeks ago, i dont see much difference now. When will i start to see better results. i try to workout 3 times a week with weights, i run for 20 mins before the weight training. i run for 30 mins on the days that i dont work with weights. I drink a protein shake after my workouts and buy half pound of sliced roasted chicken or turkey and eat just choke it down the way it is. I only drink water and stay away from sweets and sodas. I try to lift heavy weights rather than easier weights. But the thing is i have belly fat and i hate it i am 6'1 and weight about 184 pounds. How do i go about loosing the belly fat. If i fallow this schedule will i be able to see a difference in 2 months?
