skipping breakfast will make you gain more weight once you start eating. your body will try to conserve fat because it knows you lack it. eating no or protein will also make your metabolism go into arrest and stop working. eat BREAKFAST big meaty ones. andthen leave the fruits and yogurt for the rest of the day. but youre young. enjoy eating fattening food while you can.
