HR Block Taxcut, FREE? Yea RighT!?? How?

I went to IRS.gov and followed the e-file information, of course, I am following all prompts and guidelines and am in the "will allow" group of those that can file under these terms. Under 35,000 ~ actually, and so it takes me to the HRTaxcut page and since I used them before it gives me "sign in" or "sign up" so, I sign in POOF, instead of "FREE" across the top, it says, "Premium" and gives me now way of changing this. Premium is the option of theirs I did last year. What do I do to change it does anyone know? I've gone to wits end with FAQ's and "Help" menus.
