Help with a greek philosophy research paper!?!?

Im a sopre in high school and am doing a research paper on the topic greek philosophy. I need 1,000 to 1,500 words, and im really at a loss as to what to write about. I was thinking i could do paragraphs on Socrates, Plato and Aristotle. In each section i would talk about their life their beliefs, and the influence they had on the modern day world. Any information, additional topics to write about, good credible sites (no ".com"s or Wikipedia) or anything else you think might help me out would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you so much!
