Achilles spared King Priam but was finally struck down by who?

In the Iliad, Achilles is shot in the heal with an arrow by Paris, Priam's son. According to the Iliad, it is Athena (the war Goddess) who directs the arrow to kill Achilles because She is outraged at him because he was actively raping one of Her priestesses in Her temple. (This Temple to Athena was in Troy.)
